FitFIGURE Training Program
These are the blueprints for building an energized, healthy and fit body. The FitFigure Training Program was designed to help women of all sizes and fitness levels build a body that they can feel confident in. This program is simple and easy to follow, with a variety of ways to modify the exercises and workouts so that it can be done by someone of any starting fitness level.
This program comes with 16 weeks worth of workouts. The duration of each workout can be modified to fit the amount of time you have available to exercise. Whether it's 25 minutes or 45 minutes, this program can work with your schedule and help you develop a healthy and fit body. You also have access to over 70 exercise tutorial videos to help ensure proper form is being used and to provide ways to modify exercises for all fitness levels.
