The FITFIGURE Training Program combines a combination of resistance exercises, HIIT training and cardio to help build a strong, confident and healthy body.
Because this program is so modifiable, it works for individuals of ANY fitness level. Choose from 3 different challenge levels that vary the workout length from 25-50 minutes!
The program rotates through three phases, the BURN Phase, TONE Phase and MAINTENANCE Phase to promote fat loss, muscle gain, cardiovascular health and overall development of a healthy lifestyle.
