I’m so happy you found me here.

I’m Kasey and I am passionate about helping women cultivate a lifestyle of faith and wellness.


My friends and family consider me the health nut with a passion for mac-n-cheese. That’s because I am a HUGE believer in living a balanced life – taking care of your mind and body through activity, healthy food, self-care and rest, but still treating yourself from time to time.

​When I am not busy training clients at my private studio in Oregon, you can find me working on my blog, creating workouts and devotionals for The Well, playing card games, trying out new healthy recipes and making faith/fitness based content (such as YouTube VideosDownloadable Resources,  Podcasts, etc.) I have been featured in publications like the Milk and Honey Magazine and on the Miss Runner Blog.

I am here because I want to give you practical information and strategies to help you grow in your faith and wellness!

You are in the right place if:

  • You care about your health and the health of others.

  • You want to grow in your faith.

  • You want practical strategies for improving your physical health, mental wellness, and relationship with Christ.

  • You want a trustworthy resource for health and fitness information, who will sort through the crap and the research to give you the real deal. 

Launched in 2018 as a community for health-conscious, Jesus-loving women, this site is a collective of ladies who want to improve their well-being and grow in their relationship with Christ. If you love clean living and want to grow in your faith with the Lord, then you will feel right at home here.

On my website, you will find ways to take care of your body physically, mentally and spiritually


Having a degree in health education, experience in the fitness industry and starting a natural, non-toxic body care and wellness brand, I hope to give you simple yet practical strategies on the following topics:

  • Greening up your home into a safe, healthy, toxin-free environment. 

  • Improving your diet and relationship with food. 

  • Helping motivate yourself to be active in ways that you enjoy. 

  • Providing you with stress management strategies.

  • Improving sleep quality and/or quantity.

  • Educating about clean beauty and providing resources to help you find healthy products.

I also want to challenge you to grow in your faith

and in your relationship with our savior. 


Paul wrote in Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory

of God,” and there has never been a truer statement. We are all sinners,

but because Jesus Christ sacrificed himself for us, by Gods grace, we

have the opportunity to have a relationship with the Lord of all the earth.

What an incredible thing! But that relationship takes cultivating.

Having a relationship with God will be the greatest, most powerful

relationship in your life if you entrust yourself to him. Life is one million

times better and more fulfilling when you put your trust in him. My life

is still messy with the Lord in it, but I have realized what an even crazier

mess it would be without him. If we accept Jesus as our savior, his Holy Spirit

dwells in us, it is important that we invest the time into our relationship

with him, and take care of ourselves spiritually as well as physically.


“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who

is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 

you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.”

– 1 Corinthians 6:19-20


Now, I am far from perfect, and acknowledge that I will always have evil,

human tendencies, but God has a plan for all of us, and I look forward to

the life-long growth process he has for me and for you if we let him lead!

I hope you will go on this growth journey with me, and let him tend to our

souls, change our hearts, and bring us closer to him. It is so much more fun when we do it together! 

(If you are a new Christian or want to find out more about who this Christ guy is and how you can get to know him, I plan on having resources coming for you soon! For now, the Bible is the best place to start learning about who God is, his character, and what he has done for us. I suggest starting with the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke or John.
